OUR PROCESS
What to Expect
1. Discovery Call
This is our first step! Usually, this is a phone call where we go over your overall wants and needs and whether we’re a good fit for each other. We do our best to give you a general price for your project so there’s no big surprises.
2. Strategy & Planning Meeting
After we’ve agreed on price and the kind of project we’ll be working on together, we meet and hammer out the details. We go over the specifics for filming and editing your videos, and cover how you plan on using the videos and what platforms you’ll be using them on.
3. Make it Official!
In order to make everything official and lock in dates for filming, we require a down payment of 50% of the project price. Once we receive this, we assemble the crew, reserve locations and equipment, and put everything into motion. It’s the beginning of our adventure together!
6. Review and Processing
This step is crucial in making your vision truly come to life. Once we send the initial project edit, every client gets two rounds of editing so that we can fine tune and make your project a polished masterpiece. Timly communication and feedback is a must.
5. Editing
Now, we bring all of the footage together. Editing is a meticulous process, taking anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and specifics of your project. With multiple editing softwares and programs available to us, your video is sure to look incredible every time.
4. Filming and Production
With so much planning and preparation, this is the most exciting part! With up to 8 cameras and monitors, professional lighting and audio, and skilled technicians at our disposal, we make sure our shoot days run smooth and on time.
7. Upload and Delivery
At this point you have approved the videos and this should be the easiest part! We upload all of your project to a secure folder and send it to you for download and use. Should you decide to opt in for this service, we can also upload your videos to your different social media platforms so they are properly displayed when people go to watch them. Additionally, we can help to make them SEO friendly!
8. Celebrate!
We climbed the video production mountain, placed our flag, and now we get to see the world watch it. Interact with your followers and audience on your social media as well as Blue Tie Productions helping to share your project with the world through its own socials. This is the part where we shake hands and hope you call us back for your next big project.
